•School students of Age from 12 yrs to 18 yrs can only participate.

• Quiz will contain 2 rounds - Preliminary Round and Final Round based on the no. of participants.

•The Preliminary Round will be conducted through Google Form from 11.00 A.M/ to 11.15 A.M on 05.06.2021. Link for the Google Form will be sent on 04.06.2021 night to all the registered participants.

• The students shall precisely login at 10.55 A.M. and only 15 minutes time will be given for preliminary round. The google forms will close automatically at 11.15 A.M.

•After completion of Preliminary Round, all the participants shall login to the YouTube Portal https://youtu.be/kP9CzN8wnOo at 11.15 A.M. to know the details of students selected for the final round and to watch the Final Round of the quiz competition.

•Also, separate intimation will be sent to the students selected for final through email / phone (mentioned by them in the registration form below) and the selected students shall appear for the Final Round of the quiz competition through the GoogleMeet weblink which will be shared with them.

•The Final Quiz Round will be held on 05.06.2021 at 12.00 PM through Google Meet Platform. The students shall login into the GoogleMeet platform precisely at 11.45 A.M. 

• The theme for the Story Telling is "Ecosystem Restoration"

• The children should be below 12 years old.

•  The parents can take the video of their child reciting the story.

• The face of the children should be clearly visible and the video and audio should be of good quality.

• The video should be in default video format. The duration of the video should be less than 2 minutes and the size should be under 10 MB.

• PPCC owns the copyright of the video.

•  Selected winners have to produce valid ID proof.

• The name of the winners will be declared in the department website and informed through email.

• This poem should be on the theme “Ecosystem Restoration” and prepared exclusively for this competition and not submitted elsewhere.

• The poem should be uploaded in pdf format only. The size should be under 10 MB.

• The poem should not exceed 40 lines.

• The copyright of each poem remains with the author. However, authors of the winning poems, by entering the competition, grant PPCC the right in perpetuity to publish and/or broadcast their poem.

•The selected winner has to produce valid ID proof. 

•The name of the winners will be declared in the department website and informed through email.

• For submission of the poem, all the details requested in the form below shall be duly filled and the pdf file of the poem shall be uploaded in this Google form. Last date for submission is 08.06.2021, 05.00 P.M.

• This poem should be on the theme “Ecosystem Restoration” and prepared exclusively for this competition and not submitted elsewhere.
