The Puducherry Climate Change Cell (PCCC) has been established under the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Puducherry to serve as a centralized hub for Climate-related knowledge, research and Policy implementation. Recognizing the urgency of Climate action, PCCC brings together scattered information on Climate Change into a single, accessible platform.
Supported by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, under the National Mission on Strategic Knowledge for Climate Change (NMSKCC), the Cell plays a crucial role in facilitating and monitoring the Climate Change Action Plan for the Union Territory.
